How much does a session cost?

Please contact me to learn more about my rates. In some cases, I offer a sliding scale. 

Do you accept insurance?

Currently I take Anthem EAP-Bank of America, Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Oxford, Oscar, United Healthcare, Quest Behavioral Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (in Florida) and Florida Blue. If you are out-of-network, I provide a monthly statement that you can submit to your insurance company for some reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider regarding your benefits for outpatient mental health services. 

How long will I or my child be in therapy?

The length of therapy depends on your needs and goals. It is common to meet weekly and then transition to bi-weekly and monthly before ending completely. We will have ongoing conversations about how therapy is progressing and can discuss an ending that feels right for you.

How do we get started?

I offer a free 15-minute phone call to discuss your needs and answer any questions you have for me. Next, we will schedule your first 50-minute session where we can get to know each other further. We will review your concerns, history and hopes for therapy. More information on how to get in touch can be found on the contact page.

Where do we meet?

I provide in person and telehealth services. My office location is: 1801 N. Meridian Rd., Suite A Tallahassee, FL 32303. For online sessions I use a confidential platform that is HIPPA approved.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full fee.
